Matthew is Mercury EW’s Principal Cyber Lead and CyberEM Training Solutions Architect lead.

Matthew brings more than 24 years of experience in cyber operations, threat intelligence, information security, and specialist training, including 5 years of designing and delivering specialist cyber and intelligence courses.

Having served in Royal Air Force intelligence roles, he has led threat hunting, cyber risk, and capability development across complex UK and multinational environments, with particular expertise in operational cyber defence, NIST, and ISO 27001. Drawing on a career spanning defence, intelligence, and training leadership, Matthew develops practical CyberEM solutions that enhance resilience, strengthen human performance, and help clients meet modern cyber and electromagnetic challenges.
