Matthew is Mercury EW’s Principal Cyber Lead and CyberEM Training Solutions Architect lead.

Matthew brings more than 24 years of experience in cyber operations, threat intelligence,information security, and specialist training, including 5 years of designing and delivering specialistcyber and intelligence courses.

Having served in Royal Air Force intelligence roles, he has led threat hunting, cyber risk, andcapability development across complex UK and multinational environments, with particularexpertise in operational cyber defence, NIST, and ISO 27001. Drawing on a career spanning defence,intelligence, and training leadership, Matthew develops practical CyberEM solutions that enhanceresilience, strengthen human performance, and help clients meet modern cyber andelectromagnetic challenges.
