Mark is our Head of Training. He combines unmatched technical expertise with a genuine passion for helping people succeed.

Following a 24-year career in the British Army, he’s no stranger to high-pressure situations — from leading strategic and tactical EW/SIGINT operations to advising on EOD Electronic Countermeasures (ECM) policy, doctrine and TTPs. Along the way, he’s built a strong track record in developing people, shaping policies, introducing new capabilities, and delivering hands-on technical training.

Today, he channels that wealth of real-world experience into creating training programmes that are clear, engaging, and impactful — giving our clients the skills and confidence to excel.
