Kev is our Defence Systems Approach to Training (DSAT) Training Needs Analysis (TNA) Lead bringing a wealth of service and corporate experience.

Kev served 12 years in the Royal Air Force operating in the Air Transport role before moving into training design and delivery role. He then transitioned to the private sector with Airbus Military to work on the A400M before moving to BAE Systems Maritime Submarines and eventually to Mercury.

With nearly 2 decades of DSAT TNA experience across Air, Land and Sea, Kev ensures a high-quality customer-centric approach is followed to ensure our clients benefit from effective and efficient solutions.
