Andy is our Head of Training bringing a wealth of experience and a sharp strategic mindset to the team.

With over two decades of specialist military experience in Electromagnetic Warfare (EW) and intelligence across operational and training settings, Andy has built a career defined by training excellence, skilled leadership, and delivering exceptional outcomes.

His extensive knowledge of Defence Systems Approach to Training (DSAT) is underlined by a spectrum of defence training and academic accolades. A certified Defence Trainer, Defence Trainer Supervisor (DTS), Defence Training Manager (DTM), and Training Needs Analysis (TNA) expert, Andy’s drive for training superiority led to his attainment of a Professional Graduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) – Level 6 RQF.

Having led a variety of complex and wide-reaching  defence training transformation projects, Andy’s blend of operational credibility and pedagogical expertise enables him to lead with the design, delivery, and assurance of rigorous and relevant training to a global audience.
