Requirement:

As part of the ongoing expansion process of an energy transition, utilities and infrastructure group, this organisation required to roll out their proprietary Workplace Management Package to their newly acquired companies and contract workforces. As part of this requirement, they needed additional support for the development and delivery of the required in-house One training packages.

Approach:

Mercury conducted analysis, information gathering and assurance activities on behalf of the organisation’s Digital arm, part of the wider organisation Group. These activities were completed through liaison with the group wide New Projects Office.

Outcome:

The production and assurance of user guides and aide memoirs, together with the delivery of 17 bespoke training packages to over 360 personnel, during 80+ training sessions, across 10 different customer locations within a 9-month period.
