Abu Dhabi 2011

After the resounding success of Abu Dhabi 2010, Mercury Electronic Warfare continues to strengthen its presence in the Middle East by attending the Abu Dhabi 2011 event held at the Armed Forces Officers Club.  This second event saw the invitations extended to all the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) states.  As with the event in 2010, this event was fully supported by all the major Defence companies, providing informative presentations and capability demonstrations.  The strategic partnership with Tangent Link Ltd continues to prosper enabling Mercury Electronic Warfare to continually build business links in this region.

Feb 2011 – Field Service Engineer

Mercury Electronic Warfare Ltd is contracted to provide a Field Service Engineer (FSE) offering technical support, maintenance and advice on behalf of a major Defence company operating in the Middle East region on a permanent contract.Mercury welcomes our new team member. Mercury Electronic Warfare Ltd is very pleased to announce the appointment of Mark Robson, Senior EW Consultant. Mark’s invaluable knowledge and experience is gleaned from a very successful military career in the Royal Corps of Signals. Highly regarded by fellow EW professionals, he completed his service as a Staff Officer and provides Mercury with operational subject matter expertise in Explosive Ordnance Device Disposal (EOD) Electronic Counter Measures (ECM), EW Land operations and a wealth of knowledge in all aspects of EW Training management.

Abu Dhabi 2010

Mercury Electronic Warfare continues to strengthen its presence in the Middle East by becoming the first EW company to be invited into the UAE to discuss and showcase its unique EW capabilities. The Abu Dhabi 2010 EW event being held at the Officers Club is the first of its kind in the UAE and has the full backing and support of the UAE Armed Forces. The event will be supported by all the key companies involved in EW around the world and Mercury Electronic Warfare in partnership with Tangent Link will be the only operational EW company attending. Mercury Electronic Warfare looks forward to strengthening existing ties within industry as well as forging new ones and continuing  to build on the unique relationship it has with the UAE Armed forces.

Pacific 2010

To be a serious contender in the ever changing world of EW companies have to look at new areas of business and look where support is needed in the EW market. Mercury Electronic Warfare understand this philosophy and are continuing to expand its global reach. The Pacific 2010 Maritime event in Sydney Australia will be the launch platform for Mercury Electronic Warfare into the  Australian market place and indeed the whole southern hemisphere. Mercury Electronic Warfare will not only be attending the event but have already in partnership with Tangent Link established links with all the major defence companies and academic authorities who influence the Australian military market.
